Alaska Dan sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship when purchased from the Alaska Dan website or an authorized retailer. This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered in any way. Alaska Dan will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of Alaska Dan sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage, and this warranty does not cover shipping costs. Alaska Dan, at its sole discretion, can elect to repair or replace any product found to be defective.
