REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Alaska Dan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sunglass purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sunglasses, you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of online purchases.

Online Purchases:

If you purchased your sunglasses from our online store, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@alaskadansunglasses.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the sunglasses and all original packaging materials (including case, cloth, and any accessories) securely in a box.
  3. Include a copy of your original receipt and the RA number in the box.
  4. Ship the box to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned sunglasses, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Retail Purchases:

If you purchased your sunglasses from one of our retail partners, please follow the retailer's return policy. We recommend that you contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns or exchanges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of damaged or heavily used sunglasses, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
